LISW Supervision
Dr. Dana is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Dr. Dana provides LISW supervision for both individuals and groups. She specializes in child, adolescent, and family therapy as well as hope and optimism. Dr. Dana is skilled in a host of techniques and treatment modalities including, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, brief treatment, structural family therapy, and therapeutic play with children and adolescents. Dr. Dana has a primary focus on culturally competent service delivery; she has extensive experience with culturally and social economically diverse populations.

Dr. Dana offers consultation services to agencies and organizations. She facilitates customized trainings, specifically in the area of culturally competent service delivery with diverse populations. Dr. Dana provides expertise in designing qualitative research studies to assist organizations with program evaluation and developing evidenced-based outcomes. She has extensive experience with photovoice research methods, community-based participatory action research methods, and focus groups.
